Timeline of You is a case prep workspace for EB-1A evidence. The default posture is simple: your case file stays private unless you explicitly create a public share link.

1. What we collect

We collect the information needed to build your EB-1A case workspace and show concrete status against the USCIS criteria. This can include:

  • Contact details you choose to provide, such as email.
  • Professional identifiers such as Google Scholar, LinkedIn URL, ORCID, or arXiv ID.
  • Career material you enter or upload, including CVs, role descriptions, awards, publications, patents, press, and salary context.
  • Public professional information discovered from sources such as academic databases, patent records, and public web pages.

2. How AI is used

We use AI systems, including Google Gemini, to extract evidence, map it to EB-1A criteria, explain gaps, and draft preparation materials. The output is a working case analysis, not a legal conclusion.

Our commitment: We do not use your personal evidence, CVs, or career history to train our own models. Your case material is used to generate your assessment, source research, evidence organization, and drafts.

3. What is private and what can become public

Your dashboard and case workspace are private by default. A share page is created only when you choose to create a public share link. Anyone with that public link can view the shared read-only profile, so create it only when you are comfortable sharing the contents.

  • LinkedIn sign-in helps identify you; LinkedIn URL import is separate and uses the URL you provide.
  • Access codes are hashed, so we cannot recover them if lost.
  • Public share pages are read-only and can be disabled by contacting us.

4. Storage, retention, and deletion

We store case data using Supabase infrastructure and use application access controls to restrict private workspaces. You can request deletion of your profile, evidence, and generated material at any time.

To request deletion, public-link removal, or a copy of the material associated with your profile, email privacy@timelineofyou.com with enough information for us to identify the profile.

5. Not a law firm

Timeline of You is software for case preparation, evidence organization, and drafting support. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Immigration outcomes are fact-specific and decided by USCIS. Review all outputs before relying on them or filing anything.
